These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vigorstrength.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from VIGOR Strength ("VIGOR", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from the Site. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately at support@vigorstrength.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We work to display our products and their colors accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see matches the product exactly. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. Items marked "Next drop" are not available for purchase until released; signing up for a notification does not reserve inventory.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits, and we may cancel an order after confirmation if we cannot fulfill it; in that case you will be refunded in full. By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorized to use it. Payment is processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

4. Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns and Exchanges Policy, both of which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may refuse or reverse a discount that was obtained in error or in violation of its terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the VIGOR name, the V mark, the VIGOR Strength lockup, product designs, photographs, and text, are owned by VIGOR or its licensors and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission, other than to browse and shop.

7. User content

If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, or tag us on social media, you grant VIGOR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand, including on the Site and in marketing. You represent that you own the content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no attempting to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, and no fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIGOR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIGOR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIGOR and its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@vigorstrength.com and attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
