This policy explains what VIGOR Strength ("VIGOR", "we", "us") collects when you visit vigorstrength.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what we need to sell you clothing and run the Site, we do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and the items you buy. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Account details if you create one.
- Email address if you join our list or ask to be notified about a drop.
- Messages you send us, including support requests and photos you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Shopping activity such as items viewed and added to cart, which lets the cart persist between visits.
2. How we use it
- To process and ship orders, handle returns, and provide support.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your messages.
- To send marketing emails if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run, secure, and improve the Site, including analytics and fraud prevention.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to make the Site work (cart, checkout, security) and analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. We may use advertising cookies and pixels from partners such as Meta and Google to measure campaigns and show you relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break checkout. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and analytics platforms, cloud hosting, and fraud prevention. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your choices and rights
- Marketing. Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer, or email us.
- Access, correction, deletion. Email support@vigorstrength.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are required to retain, such as transaction history for tax purposes.
- California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- EU and UK residents. If you are in the EEA or UK you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases are contract (to fulfill orders), legitimate interests (to run and improve the Site), and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies).
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet legal and accounting obligations, typically seven years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted access, and PCI-compliant payment processors. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
