Quick answers
Where is my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the order leaves us, usually within 1 to 3 business days. If it has been longer than 5 business days without tracking, email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us right away with the order number. Once a label is printed we cannot pull it back, but you can return it under the standard policy.
Do you ship internationally?
U.S. only at relaunch. International shipping is planned; join the list in the footer and we will tell you when it opens.
